Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days, and express shipping takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
2. What carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS. Your carrier is automatically selected based on size, weight, and speed for your delivery zone.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your package in real-time.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned—international shipping is coming soon.
5. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please allow 24–48 hours after the “Delivered” status. Check with neighbors or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us at support@abobageshin.com
6. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your look. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale items (promos or clearance) cannot be returned
7. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility, except for size exchanges or defective products.
How to Start a Return

2. We’ll send instructions and a return address.
3. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right—on us.
